Today I’m working on the chest pocket of the shell jacket.
First, I make a template with the zipper opening cut out.

まずはファスナー部をくり抜いた治具を作ります。
I cut 5mm double-sided fusible tape to match the zipper size.
5mm幅の両面接着芯をファスナー寸法に合わせてカットします。
Using the template, I apply the fusible tape to the wrong side of the front piece.
裏返した身頃に治具を使って接着芯を貼ります。
