Using a 6mm triple-fold binder, I fold the cut fabric as I stitch one edge, then stitch the other side along the fold.
6mm幅に仕上がる三つ折りバインダーを使って裁断パーツを折りながら片側にコバステッチ、反対側は折り目に沿ってステッチをかけます。

Cut to the length of a single loop, and the belt loop parts are ready.
一つ分の長さにカットして、ベルトループパーツの準備完了です。

Today, we attach eyelets to the hood parts of the shell jacket for the hood cord. First, we punch the holes for the eyelets.
今日はシェルジャケットのフードパーツにフード紐を通すアイレットを付けます。まずは、アイレットの下穴を開けます。

Before setting the eyelets, we inspect each one carefully.
打ち付け前にアイレットを検品します。

The eyelets are set, and the hood eyelet work is complete.
アイレットを打って、アイレット付けは完了です。

This shell jacket is produced through a hybrid process with a sewing factory in Japan, and this marks the end of MarukoHalu’s part of the production.
このシェルジャケットは、日本の縫製工場とMarukoHaluによるハイブリッド生産。MarukoHaluの担当箇所はここまでです。

The parts are packed and sent to the factory.
パーツを梱包して工場に発送します。

From here, the work is handed over to skilled craftspeople. We’re looking forward to seeing the finished result.

Today we’re attaching the Velcro to the shell jacket cuffs. First, we prepare a jig to position the Velcro accurately.
今日はシェルジャケットの袖口のベルクロ付けです。ベルクロを正確な位置に付けるための治具を準備します。

Using a jig, the Velcro is positioned precisely and temporarily fixed with glue.
袖パーツに治具を合わせてベルクロを糊で仮付けします。
