It is a variety of cherry tree called Yuiisakura, which was bred by a landscaper in Agano City, Niigata Prefecture, and the color of its flowers changes from white to pink.
阿賀野市の造園業者が品種改良した結桜（ゆいざくら）という桜の品種で、花の色が白からピンクへと変化するそうです。

It is beautiful.
