This top was designed with the image of a classy and stylish woman in mind.
デザインテーマは「スタイリッシュなお姉さん」。
We imagined a smart, stylish woman who wears simple designs and tight-fitting silhouettes with ease.
シンプルなデザインとタイトフィットシルエットをさり気なく着こなす、そんなスマートお姉さんの嗜好を満たすトップスをイメージしました。
It’s casual, a little sexy, and cool. The soft impression is balanced with just the right amount of edge.
カジュアルでいてセクシー、そしてクール。柔らかさとエッジを併せ持つイメージで仕上げました。
Gray and black fabrics have cleared a two-week color transfer test on soft vinyl skin.

Boat neckline
The neckline is a boat neck that shows off your Smart Doll’s beautiful neckline.
衿デザインはスマートドールの美しいネックラインを観賞できるボートネック。
Since it shows just the right amount of chest, it pairs perfectly with necklaces.
ボートネックは胸元を程よく露出するので、ネックレスとの相性がぴったりですよ。
Front coil zipper
The front opening uses a coil zipper.
前開きはコイルファスナー。
To keep the look from feeling too harsh, we used a coil zipper instead of a metal one, combined with a long, slightly edgy metallic slider.
ハードな印象になり過ぎないように、金属ファスナーではなくコイルファスナーを使用、少しエッジの効いた縦長金属スライダーの組み合わせにしました。
Accent stitching
Vertical seams shape the silhouette.
身頃はシルエットを形作る縦切り替え。
Decorative stitches are added on both sides of the seams as accents.
切り替えの両側にはアクセントとしてデザインステッチを施しました。
Hem design
A split hem that opens from just below the belly button.
裾部分はおヘソ下から広がるスプリットヘム。
We kept the opening subtle to avoid a flashy or overly sexy look.
ギャル感強すぎにならないように、おヘソを隠す程度のスプリットヘムにしました。
Sleeve design
The sleeves are extended sleeves that cover the hands.
袖は手の甲まで覆うエクステンデッドスリーブ（手の甲までかかる長めの袖）。
The sleeves extend over the hands, softening the tight silhouette of the torso and arms. The long sleeves give it a bit of that cozy-and-cute vibe without losing their cool edge.
身頃と袖のタイトなシルエットを萌え袖エキスで希釈して、クールとカジュアルをバランスしました。
This piece was carefully made with a focus on realistic clothing style.
そんな感じで、このトップスはリアル服テイストを大切に仕上げました。

■BEHIND THE STORY OF PRODUCTION | 制作プチ裏話
The most challenging part of creating this piece was finding the right fabric to match the design image.
When it comes to expressing the design properly, the fabric’s texture, thickness, and surface character are all crucial. It is no exaggeration to say that fabric selection is the most important step.
A fabric that looks amazing on human-sized clothing can look completely different when used for miniature garments.
This is understandable, since scaling down concentrates all the visual details, which changes the way things appear.
That is why the ability to adapt designs specifically for miniature scale is so important.
And even within that, choosing the right fabric is still the hardest part.
To reach the final choice, I tested 10 to 15 different fabrics, ordering samples and making multiple prototypes.
After many trials, I finally found the one and thought, “This is it!”
Fabric selection is always a challenge, no matter how many times I go through it.
このアイテムは、デザインイメージに合う生地探しが一番大変でした。
生地の張り感・厚み・表情など、デザインを再現するには生地の選定が最も重要と言っても過言ではありません。
人間服では素敵に見える生地も、ミニチュア服に使うと印象がまったく変わってしまうことがあります。
当然といえば当然ですが、ミニチュア化することで情報量がギュッと凝縮され、人間サイズとは見え方が大きく変わるのです。
だからこそ、ミニチュア服には“ミニチュア用のアレンジ力”がとても大切。
その中でも一番難しいのが、やはり「生地選び」です。
最終的な生地にたどり着くまでに、10～15種類を取り寄せて試作を重ね、ようやく「これだ！」という一枚に出会えました。
生地選びは、何度やっても本当に難しいです…。
