■ The Core Concept | 制作のコンセプト
Inspired by modern lightweight, high-performance shell jackets designed for everything from casual hiking to serious mountain trekking. This concept has been reinterpreted in a 60cm doll size as the “Just One More Ridge Jacket.”
The name “Just One More Ridge” comes from a phrase used in mountain hiking and ridge walks, meaning “one more ridge to cross.” You reach a ridge believing the summit must be just beyond it, only to find another ridge stretching ahead. Far in the distance, the peak stands quietly, small and solitary. Another ridge appears just before the moment of achievement. It is a little demanding, but also a forward-looking and positive stretch of time. This jacket was created to convey the context of mountaineering.
ハイキングから本格登山まで対応する現代の軽量高機能シェルジャケットを60cmドールサイズにアレンジしたジャケット「Just One More Ridge Jacket」。
ジャケットの名前「Just One More Ridge」は、登山や山歩きの縦走に使われる言葉で「あともうひとつの尾根」という意味です。
この稜線を超えたら山頂が見えるはず！と期待して辿り着いた稜線から見える景色はもうひとつの稜線。その遥か遠くに小さくポツンと佇む山頂。達成の一歩手前で立ちはだかるもう一つの稜線。少しきついけれど前向きな時間。そんなストイックな登山背景を感じられるイメージでこのジャケットを作りました。

Hood / フード
A hood essential to outdoor jackets, designed with an adjustable drawcord as a functional detail. The hood is sized to fit dolls with short-hair wigs.
アウトドアジャケットに欠かせないフードには、アジャストできるドローコードをギミック的に設定しました。フードはショートヘアウィッグなら被れるサイズ感です。 -
Vertical Chest Pocket / 胸元の縦ポケット
A vertical chest pocket design inspired by modern outdoor jackets. While the zipper can be opened and closed, it is designed primarily as a visual accent and is, due to scale limitations, effectively a dummy pocket.
現代的なアウトドアジャケットをイメージした縦ポケットデザイン。視覚的なアクセントを優先しているためポケットファスナーは開閉できますがドールサイズの仕様都合で、限りなくダミーポケットです。 -
Cuffs / 袖口
The cuffs feature adjustable tabs with Velcro closures. These details let you enjoy the outdoor-jacket-like gimmicks.
袖口はベルクロでアジャストできる袖口タブデザインです。アウトドアジャケットらしいギミックを楽しめます。 -
Silhouette / シルエット
The silhouette is designed for a close, tailored fit when the front zipper is fully closed. The Boy – Unisex is based on the Smart Doll Boy body, with broader shoulders and a clean I-line silhouette. This Boy – Unisex provides a relaxed, oversized fit when worn on a Girls body.
前開きファスナーを閉め切った状態でタイトフィットするシルエットで仕上げました。Boy – UnisexはスマートドールのBoyボディーをベースに肩幅を広め、ボディ部分は男性らしいIラインで作りました。このBoy – UnisexをGirlsボディに着用させた場合、全体的にゆとりのあるオーバーサイズフィットとなります。
Although inspired by the stoic background of mountaineering shell jackets, this piece is also intended to be enjoyed for casual hiking or everyday outdoor styling.
ストイックな登山背景をイメージしたシェルジャケットですが、人間界と同じように、気軽なハイキングや普段のアウトドアファッションとしても楽しんでいただけます。
