Today I’m attaching the zipper for the chest pocket on the shell jacket.
As a preparation for the stitching, I pin down the lower side of the zipper.

I’m heat-cutting the pull cord for the chest pocket zipper of the shell jacket.

We’re starting the production of the shell jacket. It’s a hybrid process: some parts are made by MarukoHalu, and the assembly is done at a sewing factory in Japan.
シェルジャケットの量産に入ります。このジャケットは、MarukoHaluで一部パーツを制作し、組み立ては日本の縫製工場にお願いするハイブリッド量産です。

We’re starting by checking the cut pieces.
