Notice regarding changes to our delivery service provider and shipping fees.

From January 2024, we have decided to modify our international shipping services provider and rates. The reasons and explanations are outlined below.

Up until now, we have utilized FedEx for our international shipping services.

The volume discount agreement with FedEx requires a substantial monthly usage amount. Unfortunately, given the challenges presented by our usage scale, we have found it difficult to meet these requirements, leading us to discontinue the use of FedEx.

Consequently, there is a necessity to implement changes in our shipping services provider, including an increase in shipping rates.

While we regret the increased burden on customers for shipping costs, we will continuously make adjustments to minimize the impact on our customers as much as possible.

We will bear a portion “albeit a small amount” of the increased shipping costs to alleviate the financial burden on our customers.

We will continue to make adjustments to avoid raising prices as much as possible. We would appreciate your understanding.
